The best booking sites for group travel are the ones that own the coordination
Group travel is coordination: multiple rooms, different needs, one person trying to keep it all straight. The best booking site is the one that takes the coordination off your plate. Here's where StaySuitely fits.
Why groups need a human in the middle
Booking eight rooms on a self-serve site means eight confirmation numbers, eight potential problems, and you as the unpaid travel manager. A human in the middle changes that.
What to look for
A person who owns the coordination (rooming list, requests, changes), a way to handle exceptions (a room that needs to change, a request that needs hotel approval), and accountability across the whole group.
Where StaySuitely fits
Our team does exactly this: we work out the rooming, chase the exceptions, and keep you updated — drawing on real hotel-operating experience. For a wedding party, a sports team, or a family reunion, that's the difference between herding cats and being looked after.
