StaySuitely.com is a travel platform that facilitates bookings for hotel accommodations, primarily for 30+ night extended stays and flexible short-term lodging.

2. Bookings

When you book through our platform:

• You agree to the listed cancellation and refund policies
• You authorize us to process payment using your selected method
• You understand that room types, hotel assignment, or amenities may vary, especially for long-term or opaque listings

3. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete booking and personal information
• Respect hotel rules and property
• Refrain from illegal, harmful, or abusive activity on our platform

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Reservation changes or cancellations are subject to hotel approval and our policies. Refunds are governed by the cancellation terms presented at the time of booking.

5. Liability Disclaimer

StaySuitely is not liable for:

• Actions or failures of hotel partners
• Damages arising from your stay, including loss of property
• Technical errors or delays beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected booking.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under Florida law. By using this site, you waive the right to participate in class-action claims.

7. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of StaySuitely.com means you accept the revised Terms.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

StaySuitely uses SMS text messaging to coordinate bookings with our hotel partners. By providing a mobile phone number to our operations team during partner onboarding, a hotel partner consents to receive operational booking-request text messages from StaySuitely.

• When we receive a booking request for your property, we text you a notification; you reply YES to confirm availability or NO to decline.
• Message frequency varies with booking activity — typically one message per booking request, plus at most one reminder.
• You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of these messages, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.
