    Annice cottage with a great location.

    Location was fantastic. 50 steps max to the water. 10 minutes to get anything you needed in town. 25 minutes to downtown Hot Springs.

    Could use some updating and it was a little warm for my taste inside in the afternoon even with the AC as low as it would go

    Beautiful rustic cabin on the water was just what we were looking for to spend a relaxing spring break stay

    It was right on the water, it was quiet, very peaceful. The hot water was so hot it felt so good. The cottage was nothing special but it was clean.
