    Un soggiorno piacevole sotto le torri di Bologna.

    La struttura è molto bella, soprattutto la sala della reception ispirata ad Alice nel paese delle meraviglie. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale della reception. Un grazie di cuore a Laura, Blerina e Dario.

    Fantastic place to stay in Bologna

    The location is fantastic. The room was large and spacious. The team was lovely

    Everything was great. The bed was on the softer side but I actually slept really well.

    A fantastic location and a very attractive & spacious room.

    Dario checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. He looked at the restaurants we’d short listed & gave his opinion plus recommended one very close by, Trattoria da Roberto which was excellent.

    A bar fridge would be a good addition to the room.

    Nice rooms but badly let down by noise issues. Also too expensive when considering you can’t get a good nights sleep. Wo

    The rooms we booked were clean and we had no issues with the look and condition of both rooms. Breakfast was great and we had nice welcome when we arrived. Staff were accommodating and pleasant.

    My fair score is due to the fact that from 5.30am both room residences were were woken by very large noises from below and under the accommodation along with people on the first morning. This carried on for over an hour the first time and a similar time the second. It appears that there is deliveries taken and accepted from business below and near to the accommodation as I looked out of a window on both mornings to see pallet trolleys loading vans/ small Lorry’s. It was very loud and I’d not slept the night before our arrival due to work and travelling. On the first morning the staff denied they knew anything about the noise (even though another resident had complained), and on the second morning we were advised to book (next time) a room with a request for a room on a higher floor. The delivery problems for the rooms are obviously and on going sound issue .
