Terrible, worst night's sleep ever, followed by terrible morning (broken toilet).

They didn't provide breakfast and there was a note saying no cooking in the room so we had to go out to find food

The toilet didn't work, the (rock had) bed had a sheet and then the cover, no blankets (and the room was freezing and the heater had no instructions so couldn't get it to work properly). There was no breakfast food provided and a note saying no cooking in the room so we had to go out to eat. The road noise was terrible as it is metres away from a main road.
