Verblijf is prima maar kent verbeterpunten
Proactieve owner, alle informatie is vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Mooi keuken en badkamer en prima locatie.
We hebben meerdere minpunten. De locatie is in Westminster, de bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand maar ook niet héél dichtbij. Naar een metrostation is het nog wel 15 minuten lopen. Het gebouw is oud, grimmig en gehorig. De lift doet het ook niet. Toen wij naar binnen gingen roken we gelijk een muffig sigarettenlucht. De onaangename lucht blijft hangen en je ruikt het elke keer dat je naar binnenkomt. Er is geen airco en tv. De slaapbank is zéér oncomfortabel en eigenlijk met 2 volwassenen bijna niet te doen. Helaas was er niet goed schoongemaakt. We zagen haren hier en daar, zelfs op een kussen… waardoor we de indruk kregen dat de beddengoed niet is verwisseld. Dit hebben we voor de zekerheid zelf nog gedaan. Voor de prijs dat we hebben betaald, had ik een betere ervaring verwacht. Wat ik ook wil benoemen is dat ik het erg jammer vind dat we onze trolleys om 12 uur niet mochten brengen omdat het voor inchecktijd zou zijn, terwijl er geen gasten zouden zijn op dat tijdstip en de eigenaar zei dat de schoonmaker dan aanwezig is. In eerdere appartementen dat ik heb geboekt is dit nooit een probleem geweest.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La posizione nel quartiere di Westminster è semplicemente perfetta: centrale, sicura e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi o con i mezzi le principali attrazioni di Londra. L’appartamento era pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità della zona e la vicinanza a negozi, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici. Un’ottima soluzione per visitare Londra in totale comodità. Consigliatissimo!
