    To sum up my experience with the property is very good

    Location and security is good They have cameras and the door is locked with security number

    Bed needs to change atleast to king size and the tv in the room is very old one it doesn’t have youtube option in it

    Very good stay in apartment.

    Very good stay at one of Phils apartments, not much to fault really, was worried that there was no frying pan but Phil helped me out and supplied one in no time. Also very good with the property being pet friendly as our 2 cockapoos loved the apartment as well. Parking is also handy as most evenings could get parked right outside the building with the option of the carpark nearby.

    Did hear the odd noise from upstairs which wasnt great but cant fault Phil for that because its just the other vistiors. The location is okay, Chapeltown hasnt got the best reputation but we didnt seem to have any issues besides the litter scattered on the streets and one morning we pressume a mosque was having a calling and we heard very loud music and couldnt do anything even with the windows shut! (Again not a Phil problem, he cant exactly move the apartments) As much as it is self catering could do with some cleaning supplies (spray, cloths, sponge ect) just to keep the place tidy.

    I love the place very nice and comfortable, clean and spacious

    But the people on the second floor was making some much noise it was like kids were jumping up and down and I didn’t like that overall everything was good
