Location is ok
Great location, close to the United Stadium and metro, shops nearby
Cleanliness, dirty floors, leaky windows, dirty upholstered furniture, the couch is not suitable for sleeping

Bed and Free Parking two biggest pulls of the accommodation. This stay failed on both counts.
Kitchen was well stocked.
Bed was super uncomfortable - bed frame shaky and falling apart. Reported to host but had to spend a further 2 nights with the host failing to get someone out to repair .Sofa bed super uncomfortable. Parking inspectors on prowl during checkout times so please be careful with the car permit and leaving car unattended or with not leaving permit fully visible in the car. I got a parking ticket for 55 pounds around checkout time and even told the parking attendant the permit is in the car but he ignored me and said too late.
