L’hôtel était très beau.
L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas bien. Il y avait de la construction toute la semaine et même le samedi. Ce n’était pas inscrit dans l’annonce. Maia nous avons eu un rabais.

Anuncio engañoso, condiciones inseguras — Una pesadilla total
Nada. Esta estancia fue un desastre total de principio a fin. Lo único positivo fue irnos. Nothing. This stay was a complete disaster from beginning to end. The only positive was leaving.
El anuncio es descaradamente engañoso. Promete una “vista al mar” tanto en el nombre (“vista mar”) como en las fotos, pero no hay ninguna vista — un edificio en construcción bloquea completamente la vista. No tuvimos agua caliente durante 7 de los 9 días. Además, pasamos un día entero sin electricidad, sin internet, sin gas y sin aire acondicionado, en medio de un calor de >30°C. Los muebles son peligrosos — los sofás se colapsan al sentarse y podrían causar lesiones. El refrigerador funcionaba de forma intermitente, y la ducha era inutilizable por un desagüe tapado que inundaba el baño. Para colmo, nos cobraron un 5% adicional por pagar con tarjeta, algo que no se informó previamente. Este lugar no debería estar en Booking.com. Es una vergüenza y totalmente inaceptable. The listing is blatantly misleading. It advertises a “sea view” with photos and even in the name (“vista mar”), yet there is no view whatsoever — a large building under construction blocks everything. We had no hot water for 7 out of 9 days. One full day with no electricity, no internet, no gas, and no air conditioning in 90°F heat. The furniture was dangerous — the couches collapse under weight and could easily cause injury. The fridge barely worked, and the shower was unusable due to a clogged drain that flooded the entire bathroom. To top it all off, we were charged an undisclosed 5% extra for simply using a standard card to pay. This place should not be on Booking.com. It’s an embarrassment and completely unacceptable.
