    We enjoyed the stay and location.

    The location was perfect as a working holiday celebrating our anniversary.

    Blinds in the bedroom and lounge/kitchen, we felt very exposed as without the curtains closed we overlooked the car park and we were a ground floor apartment therefore guests would walk past our windows. The windows inside and outside were needing to be cleaned. Noise from upstairs sounded like baby elephants above and we could hear conversations from other flats and noise of the water draining in their showers. No hairdryer in the apartment.

    1 bedroom flat at 44 Newstead Road Southbourne

    The flat is in a quiet residential area of Southbourne. It is light and airy and has everything you need for a holiday flat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was easy to use.

    It would have been useful to have a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink.

    Die gute Lage, Nahe zum Strand und den Geschäften. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung und schönes Bad.Sehr schneller und hilfreicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern. ....Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
