    We won’t be staying again.

    The location

We stayed in exactly the same apartment 12 months earlier and the broken fittings we reported then were still broken. The level of cleanliness was definitely worse, stinking mouldy flowers in a vase with stagnant water, grubby finger prints everywhere and a grubby sofa. Despite reporting the issues both via their app- as instructed- and by email , in the 7 days we stayed there nothing was done. Very poor indeed.

The internet was a big problem for us!

    Security was excellent! Beautiful view

Internet didn’t work in the Apartment, and no Handwash/Soap in the bathroom. When i requested it from Qstay they lacked the professionalism to understand, and was very rude to me. After I explained my disappointment that this apartment was advertised as luxury suite, the Manager left a plastic soap dish outside our apartment door.

Great apartment in a fantastic complex, let down by sloppy, uncaring agents.

The apartment had a stunning view and was in a great location.

There were several items that needed to be repaired, but the agents showed little interest in attending to them. Dishwasher didn't work, laundry doors broken & flapped around dangerously, internet was hopeless, key fobs only worked part of the time, vanity basin blocked. We reported all of this (except the internet issues that we just put up with) to the agents, and they did nothing about it.
