    Location great but no would not stay again!

    Location & host . It’s literally on the end of petit coat lane so fantastic market and town with everything you could need. Easy 10/12 mins walk from Liverpool Street station. Easy access via key box and communication from host was excellent .

    Unfortunately there was no linen left for pull out bed on the first night and no instructions how to use the pull out bed as legs are hidden in zips , the host sent out a cleaner the next morning with linen and towels as we only had 2 towels between us for a 4 night stay. ad to call out again the next day. My son got no sleep the cost night and should have ben reimbursed. Then the loo blocked & flooded the next day . The host sent out a plumber for the next day. That was a bit of a panic as it was unusable. I had to contact host again despite telling him We had no loo . He said we could use a shared one upstairs which was a relief The pull out couch is very uncomfortable but the bed is comfy. If you don’t like noise don’t stay here . The ear plugs provided do not shut out the traffic noise and just all night noises at all. Unfortunately nor my son or I got much sleep at all during our whole stay. Pull out bed being so uncomfortable and bedroom so noisy. No cooking facilities , ( this is stated) don’t know why there’s pots & pans. Place needs a good dusting , light shades , window cills etc. Tbh I feel the host should have compensated for all the problems we had.

    Un po' avevano sbagliato il mio ordine e sotto il divano ci stava una bottiglia di plastica, vuol dire che nn era pulito a fondo.
