    It's a very modern place in Puerto Princesa, we had a good communication with reception, the place is very modern, brand new with all amenities. Everything was working and on it's place. The apartments are located in the newly build calm residential area of the city. It was really nice that the people working here helped us to store some of our luggage (which was great as we did a road trip around Palawan) Thank you :)

    The room was nice and exactly as it looks in the pictures. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Location was very quiet. I appreciated having access to a fridge and microwave.

    While the location is nice and quiet, it is a little far away from restaurants and the main part of town. It's not far in a tuktuk but not very walkable. The room was mostly clean but the girl who checked me in noticed that one of the cabinets hadn't been cleaned inside. She didn't do anything about it. There were just a couple of small things like that. Communication with the property owner via booking.com was fine but communication with the staff onsite was difficult. I'd asked if I could check in about half an hour early and was told it would depend on the previous guest and they'd let me know the day before. I then got a message asking me to confirm my arrival time so repeated the request and was told the same thing. I never heard and when I arrived at the airport I messaged to ask if I could come straight away and waited about half an hour before anyone got back to me. Same happened on checkout. I'd arranged a late checkout and messaged the staff to ask about how to checkout. She replied and said she'd be there at 2:15 to check the room and sign me out. At 2:30 I messaged to chase them up and didn't end up getting onto anyone until about 2:50 by which time I was running late to get to the airport and was pretty stressed.
