    The property is situated a stone’s throw from the beach and Cobb. It has a lovely warm cosy feel, is clean comfortable and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

    A good base to explore Lyme Regis

    Location was fab with easy access to the sea front.

    Not even a teabag provided. The kitchen was ill equipped(no chopping board!). Sofas felt grimey. One bed had a 13.5 tog duvet which was not good during summer heat wave.
