Fijn en comfortabel, op een rustige en goed bereikbare locatie.
Wij hadden een appartement geboekt met een keukenblokje. Erg fijn dat we zelfvoorzienend waren voor het ontbijt en dat er koffie en thee aanwezig waren. We zaten op de begane grond en keken uit op de straat en het groen aan de overkant. Rustige, prettige wijk op 10 minuten lopen van de metro en 5 minuten van een bushalte. De kamer was schoon en basic ingericht. Het bed was stevig en comfortabel. De badkamer was prima uitgerust en schoon. De kamers in het gebouw zijn wel een beetje gehorig; je hoort bijvoorbeeld water lopen bij de bovenburen. Maar gelukkig hadden we er niet veel last van en waren de buren niet lawaaiig. ;-) Op de dag van vertrek konden we onze bagage bij de receptie achterlaten om nog even de stad in te gaan, wat erg prettig was. We hebben niet veel met het personeel te maken gehad behalve bij aankomst en vertrek, maar op die momenten werden we vriendelijk geholpen.
Er was geen doekje/sponsje bij het keukenblokje aanwezig om af te wassen en het aanrecht droog te maken. We spoelden ons serviesgoed af en zetten het op het aanrecht. Als we 's middags terugkwamen was alles schoon en weer in de kastjes gezet, wat op zich wel weer heel fijn was.

Close to Hyde Park, a short walk from Paddington station and easy walk to Kensington, Portobello Road and little Venice. We had a room with a kitchenette which was handy

Buena ubicación y buen trato
La ubicación, los empleados y que limpian y recogen toda la habitación diariamente, cambian toallas todos los días.
El suelo de la planta 2 crujía y se escuchaba cuando llegabas los huéspedes de arriba y caminaban por la habitación
