Terrible no customer care it was all about making money. Do NOT BOOK HERE they will rip you off
Kitchen facilities were good, and the bathroom was good.
The way we were treated after booking by mistake! We booked, not realising £175 was for one night, and we thought that was two. We contacted them straight away, and they WOULD NOT let us cancel our booking 24 hours after we realised there was confusion in our booking. It was a simple error and misunderstanding on our part; no problem. But they would not let us cancel the booking, and there were two weeks before we arrived. They offered no help apart from offering to give us something back if they got someone to book it, meaning they made even more money! Terrible, terrible way to treat your customers like that. I was disgusted after trying to contact them several times. Then there was mould all over the window blinds, and the blinds didn't really work; anyone could see in. Very uncomfortable stay. Hated it.
