Good location, property needs some work!
The location of the property was good. Showers were good and bathrooms clean. Getting into the property was as described. Most beds were comfortable.
There were quite a few issues with it, the tap came off in our hand when we switched on the water in the kitchen, the electrics popped a couple of times and quite a lot of the sockets did not work in the attic bedrooms. The electrics popped at night so when we came down the fridge and freezer had been off all night, as we were off to Cartmel races the next day, all of our picnic and drinks were in there so we needed a couple of hours to re-chill these. The wifi was not as per the information in the property and was virtually non-existent and probably shared with all the other properties. When we arrived back from a full day at the races, wanting to relax and have some food and watch TV, this was not possible as the wifi was not working and so the TV wouldn't connect, very disappointing as that is very basic. The property was reasonably clean although our socks were filthy after walking around in the place. A lot of the fixtures and kitchen cabinets etc were old and worn and needed replacing. The downstairs loo was a room full of wires and pipes, not sure that is appropriate for a rental property. Beds were to be stripped after use and these were quite stained and dirty underneath which wasn't pleasant to see.

Had a lovely stay for my birthday. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Accommodation very spacious comfortable and clean. Very close to all amenities and central to places we wanted to visit
A little tired looking in places could benefit from freshen up. Window pane in downstairs toilet broken
