    The view and the hot tub.

    The apartment is upstairs, and the stairs are at the front of tge property and the hot tub is at the back.

    Room with a view

    Stunning accommodation with amazing views. Great inside, all things you needed.

    That the washing machine didn't work as we were relying on it after a few days on the road , though the host did offer to wash our clothes . She assured me that it was getting fixed.

    Brilliant location

    The views of Loch Ness and the hot tub

    Having to go downstairs to use the hot tub. Needs some repair work, on the kitchen units, painting, and around the windows

    Very disappointing: poor cleanliness, poor maintenance and far below what was advertised.

    The exposed wooden beams were beautiful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the stay.

    Very poor cleanliness and maintenance throughout. I found animal hairs on the bed linen and pillowcases, which made me question whether they had been properly changed between guests. Towels and bedding were heavily saturated with fabric softener and strong fragrance, which can be a real problem for sensitive or allergic guests. There were unfinished and poorly maintained areas, broken items, inadequate bathroom fittings and the exterior light did not work, leaving the property extremely dark at night. The accommodation also did not match the standard or description presented in the listing. I paid to enjoy my holiday, not to identify and report basic problems that should have been addressed before a guest arrived.
