    Tea bags, coffee, biscuits, the little things. Spotless. Quiet. The walk into York was easy, I mean a lone female at night might not do it, but an über would be cheap anyway.

    A homely clean and welcoming place to stay for visiting York.

    Great location. Easy walk into the city or to the bus stop, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of room. Big kitchen with washing machine. Friendly host with good communication. Great parking space right behind the room. Plug in fans. Lots of tourist brochures. Board games, books and puzzles for rainy days.

    Single beds are narrow and lack edge support which makes them easy to roll off.
