Happy place
The proximity to the beach was amazing, plenty of space and parking.
The AC system appears yo only half be working and it was a bit dirty , cleaning lady didnt leave till 430 when check in was at 330.

I would stay here again once the ac unit works. Great start overall . Short walk to the beach !
I enjoyed the location. The property was clean. Spacious! Rooms were great !
The Ac unit did not work in the house and it was too hot to enjoy cooking in the kitchen or relaxing and enjoying when coming back from the beach

🤎My kids called this property a glitch house.
This rental was nice and clean. It was very accommodating. The contacts were very nice. It took a while before I heard from them the first time but he apologized and everything went well after that. We were basically a turnaround because the rental we rented originally the AC unit broke down and they were not able to accommodate us. I was informed of this 2 hours before check-in. I found this beautiful home 10 minutes after I was told that we couldn't get our other rental. They were very accommodating. We had to wait for a while for the cleaners to come in and do their thing. But, everything went well. I loved it. Of course the AC hub in the house does turn off at night, but if you keep the doors open to all of the bedrooms, the house will stay nice and cool. I fell asleep in the living room and woke up freezing. I went into the bedroom and they were warm because the doors were closed.
The parking isn't the best. The driveway is narrow. If there are 2 cars one car has to park on the street. Which isn't that bad. A parking permit is given to use only by the owners but once your stay is done it has to be given back. I have a minivan that I was sure could not get down the very narrow driveway. My other family member had a smaller car that could park and back. My advice is for the car to be parked on the left side garage door facing in or out. There is a neighbor that lives upstairs behind the house. He's nice but please do not park why you cannot get out. IJS

What a great house with so much room and walked to beach each day. Perfect!
We were traveling with my mom who is in a wheelchair as well as my older sister in law. The house was excellent for the wheelchair and lots of room for everyone.
The beds in the middle room were definitely geared for small children. We used them but would love to have seen better beds with solid bottoms.
