    这次的住宿体验真的很差，不会再入住，也不推荐。 我们入住前一天已经发信息询问隔天 Check-in 的流程，但一直没有人回复。到了入住当天已经下午 3 点（官方 Check-in 时间），还是没有任何通知，直到下午 4 点多才回复我们。即使他们已经看到了我们的信息，也没有提前告知我们 Check-in 的方式，让我们一直在外面等待，完全没有责任感。 入住时还需要支付 RM200 的押金才能领取钥匙，这点我们可以接受。但整个入住流程没有任何指引，对于第一次入住 Airbnb 的客人来说非常不方便。 房间的卫生情况更令人失望。第一天提供的毛巾有很重的异味，环境卫生也很差。同行的朋友入住后出现皮肤敏感和细菌感染，回去后还特地去看医生，医生也表示可能与住宿环境卫生有关。 另外，房内设施也很不足，连最基本的三脚插头转换器都没有提供，整体配套与价格完全不相符。 整体来说，无论是服务、卫生还是设施都令人非常失望。这是一次很糟糕的住宿体验，希望业主能够认真改善管理和卫生品质。

    A stay that not worth this price at all

    Good location

    1. Lift is not working and have to climb up to 5 floor to access the lift 2. Terrible key chain for tenant, key is SUPER easy to fall off from the key chain and charge tenant for RM62 for make ONE KEY only. 3. The lift of the building is not access by all access card. If your access is not syncronised with that lift ,you have to walk out from the lift and wait for another lift in order to access to your floor unit. 4. The lable to the mailbox is unfriendly as its doesnt show the proper way to mailbox because of the staircase entrance is outside of the lobby. 5. The divan will fall off when you sleep on the bed.( not full flat platform to support the bed)
