    A lovely property to spend time in, and a perfect base for exploring this part of Devon

    we loved the feel of the property - it had a modern feel but cosy. Somewhere we could relax and enjoy when the weather was not so good. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very close to the Quay and suited us as we met with family in Bideford and Westward Ho!

    The bath water did not run very hot, though the shower was very good.
