    A few improvements needed here. Otherwise a nice stay.

    The location was great. Beautiful view. And front bedroom was warm and cosy.

    The hot water wasn’t good. It really only heated to luke warm. The wood burner wasn’t efficient and with the main heater out it wasn’t very warm at all downstairs. Need more pillows otherwise you can’t sit up in bed. Should have a welcome light outside the property for late arrivals.

    The garden and location.

    When we opened the front door, we wanted to turn around and leave as the place stunk of mould. The place was that filthy the cleaner had to come out the next day to clean. Toilet brushes caped in poo. They got removed. We weren't at all happy. The next day, the handyman came out to fix up the curtain rail in the bedroom. Put plugs back onto the chains on the sink and bath, plus a few other things that should have been picked up by the cleaning team. The hob in the kitchen is cracked and chipped. There's more we weren't happy with. After contacting the property management team, they tried to resolve things, but we found that very patronising and painful dealing with them. We wouldn't bother with this place again or recommend it.
