    Bonne expérience imparfaite

    La propreté de l'appartement. Les nombreux équipements de cuisine. La possibilité de cuisiner avec facilité. La proximité avec la plage. Accessibilité des locataires.

    Le parking est difficile d'accès. Tout les ascenseurs sont inaccessibles. (Prévoyez une petite voiture). Forte odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement...(Voisinage). Fort désagréable pour des non-fumeurs. Prix du linge de maison en supplément. Qualité de la literie vétuste. Sommier en métal tressé. Poubelles à évacuer soi-même à plus de 750 m de l'appartement et payantes.
