    Great location - walking distance

The location to Chester City Centre

Bed sizes were small. As many beds were put into rooms to get as many people in. The lounge wouldn’t have accommodated 14 people at one time

Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone.

    Location

Disgusting Matteress , sofa bed unusable due to being really dirty and stained. I contacted property twice whilst their via number provided but unable to get through. I had to do messages and emails and add photos. Am currently in contact with their complaints team . Rooms and beds very small , crammed in and no space , even on floor for suitcases, no hangers , wardrobe or hooks to hang clothes. Worn carpets , stained and property would benefit from a refurb- unsuitable for our party of 10 and property is advertised for 14 !
