    The location , views and near the ocean for walks

    Not a deal breaker but if you have dogs remember the property is not enclosed.

    Pleasant, house is cold, but nice heating available. Just the advertising price vs payment amount?

    The property is advertised as R8700 for 3 nights when you search, but when you pay its R12600? Not impressed with that, really wrong? Rest was OK.
