  🏠 The room: Very clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed and a closet of a good size and height. The window can tilt open at the top while staying locked at the bottom, so you can adjust the airflow nicely ♡ 🚿 Bathroom: The adjustable shower head is super convenient, and there's a vent to clear the humidity. How the taps work: • Hot water: turn left (towards the door). Cold water: turn right (away from the door). • Dial switch: turn right for the shower head, left for the lower faucet. 🧺 Appliances: The mini-fridge runs cold, so check the dial or you'll be like me and accidentally freeze your produce and water 😆 The washer is powerful, so I kept the settings in the middle. The drying rack is great for thin clothes. For thicker things, Old City Laundry is a 20-minute walk or 8 minutes by Bolt. 💛 Host: A lady comes by to clean and change the sheets, and Giorgi always checks beforehand that the timing suits your schedule 🥹 He's such a friendly, wholesome person, and even his messages are endearing! 🗺️ Area: Mtatsminda is a lovely district: very hilly, with tons of mini shops and cafés. If you're fat like me, you'll get an incredible workout every single day, I promise 😂🥰 Bus 541 stops right at the bottom of Shindisi Street. Get a MetroMoney card at M/S Liberty M-ni (search it on Google/Apple Maps, about a 17-minute walk) and you can travel all over the city, even to farther districts ♡ I'm so grateful to have stayed here.

  Giorgi est un hôte très sympathique ! Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre et dans un endroit calme. Le logement n'est pas très grand mais il est bien agencé et très fonctionnel. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir.

  Apartamento simples,limpo, e confortável. Muito fácil o contato com o anfitrião. Giorgi enviou-me toda a informação para chegar ao apartamento e para fazer o check-in. Excelente pessoa. Very Good Person.

  Замечательное жилье, отличное расположение. Для нас было всё в пешей доступности. Тихо, чисто, уютно, имеется интернет и все остальные необходимые удобства.Очень добродушный хозяин Гиоргий, мило встретили. Угощали по утрам фруктами, кофе ,вкусным сыром и хлебом. Очень приятно. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! Желаю Вам побольше благодарных постояльцев!!!
