Great stay in Bury St Edmunds

The stay was great and the host fabulous.
It was very comfortable, good size bedrooms, very clean. Very well supplied if you need to use the kitchen facilities. Could not fault the accommodation.

Lovely Holiday Home, had everything we needed
The location was great as we were attending the Greene King summer party, the home was close to the Arc as well, so we were able to do some shopping whilst staying. The instructions were very clear and helpful and we collected the keys from the lock box with no issues at all. Beds were okay albeit a little too soft for our liking, but the home had everything we needed for a great weekend stay. Instructions for various elements were sent in good time, and the host was very friendly.
Not a criticism at all, but there was only one parking space and for our family we ideally needed 2, the host very helpfully told us about the multi storey which was only short drive away and quite good value for the whole weekend.

It was thoroughly enjoyable and made our stay extremely good, thank you.
The location was ideal for my singing trip to the Cathedral. The car parking space was very handy and lovely that we could leave a second car there after checking out as we were singing the services at the cathedral and did not have time to find an alternative car park in the restricted time we had. Nice that 4 of us could chill out at the end of the day in our separate rooms after enjoying each other's company in the lounge. It was a very well appointed house and well equipped. We appreciated the tea bags and coffee left for our use. We had brought our own which we used but it was a nice gesture.
We didn't find a bread knife nor small fruit knife whch would have been handy at breakfast. The ensuite bathroom wash basin was ridiculously small and no good for larger hands. The water had a tendency to spill over the top into the cupboard underneath. We did prevent this but its design was not compatible with easy use.

Excellent Stay
Overall excellent, can't fault at all. Ideal location for work colleagues and host is lovely. Would highly recommend.
