Frustrating checking and parking reservation systems. Digital locking unreliable.
Spacious kitchen dining area. Netflix. Comfortable mattresses. Bathroom and toiletries were good.
The check in process was complicated I had to give and upload a LOT of personal Information - more than I am comfortable with. No elevator - fine for us but not good for anyone with mobility needs. One night the front door automatic lock wasn’t working and we had a reservation, so we had to leave with the front door open - the staff came to lock it but we had already left. The bedding and pillows smelled old. There was no comfortable sofa or armchairs-there was a good dining table, but with hard chairs. Probably good for a group of young people who don’t really care about the details. We also had to leave it spotless, don’t mind leaving a place clean but we had to clean. Reserving AI parking and late check out was a nightmare because the translation from Japanese was bad so it was really complicated. And took ages and was really frustrating.
