  Good but the ending is bad.

  The location is quite strategic.

  Our stay was unfortunately ruined by poor communication between the owner and the cleaner, which resulted in a very unpleasant checkout experience. We were fully aware of the checkout time and had already informed the owner that we would return to the homestay at 1:00 PM after our programme and planned to check out by 2:00 PM (well before the latest time we were allowed to stay). The owner acknowledged this. However, when we arrived back at 1:00 PM, we were shocked to find the cleaner and her team already inside the house. They had entered our rooms, started cleaning, and moved our personal belongings from the bedrooms to the kitchen table without our knowledge or consent. Even worse, at around 1:10 PM, the cleaner insisted that we leave immediately, despite it being well before our agreed checkout time. We had just finished a mangrove planting programme nearby and simply needed a short time to shower, change into clean clothes, pack our belongings, and check out. We politely explained the situation, but she refused to listen and would not even allow us to use the toilet before leaving. This experience made us feel rushed, disrespected, and unwelcome. While the property itself may be fine, the lack of communication between the owner and the cleaning staff, along with the way we were treated during checkout, left a very negative impression. I hope the owner improves coordination with the cleaning team so future guests do not have to go through the same experience..

  Location was the best as it was near boat jetties for Sky Mirror and Evening boat ride along river. The toilets were functional but slightly cramp.

  Beds can be cleaner. 1-2 insects noticed on beds.

  Nice, comfortable, quiet stay.

  Alan, the operator, message me a week before the booking date with clear instruction on how to get the keys. He is also very prompt to response to all the queries I had. And I greatly appreciate the early check in since the unit was not occupied on that day of checking in. Good place. Quiet area, near amenities. There is a foodcourt just across the apartment. The Melawati hill is within walking distance, less than 1 km. Its near to the main Sky Mirror Jetty attractions in Kuala Selangor. The apartment is well furnished.
