    L'hôtel est idéalement situé à Stintino et très facile d'accès. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable.

    Une expérience inadmissible : aucune goutte d'eau chaude durant l'ensemble de notre séjour (3 nuits). La gestion par le personnel à la réception a été catastrophique : la personne se contentait de hausser les épaules à nos réclamations, en promettant chaque jour une eau chaude qui n'est jamais venue. Une « solution » nous a été proposée uniquement le jour de notre départ (prendre une douche dans un autre bâtiment). Un manque total d'empathie et de service client.

    Elegante hotel con ottima posizione con balcone sul porticciolo turistico e vista dell'alba, a pochi passi dai numerosi ristoranti di Stintino. Buona e varia colazione, anche se lo spazio dedicato al buffet andrebbe aumentato. Personale gentile e disponibile.

    Wifi che ogni tanto sparisce. Pulsantiere per una sorta di domotica senza istruzioni, alla fine accendi e spegni le varie luci andando a tentativi. Assenza di appendini o ganci sia in camera che un bagno.
