Fantastic location, ample free parking, and clear automated instructions to check in and out. Wonderful looking bedroom, huge indoor space, a lovely outdoor section and has everything you need for a short stay. Great value :)
The following can easily be overlooked: There is a slightly unpleasant smell when using the shower. Most likely due to the way the plumbing system is designed. Another thing to beware, there is no door to the toilet itself so if staying with someone else - you'll need to work around it for privacy.

Unclean
The bed and the sheets were clean
Just about everything else. Mould and dirt. Powered milk was off. Fridge smelt stale. Air fryer was dirty. Cutlery drawer was dirty and had hair in it. Toiletries were mouldy. Just about everything you touch was very dusty. Dirt and empty drink bottle behind the bed table. No bath hand towels. No tea towels. Courtyard was a mouldy dirty mess. Should have realised when we arrived at the property. Very run down. Even the path out to the room was extremely mouldy.
