A great location spoilt by StayCay and their severe misrepresentations
Location
We specifically spent over $700 per night for a panoramic view. When we arrived, 2 of the 3 blinds were broken and permanently down, so we got 2/3 of the view blocked for our while stay. After complaining to StayCay, they made lame excuses about suppliers problems and not having time to book to have them fixed due to guest bookings. When we asked to be compensated for this complete spoil to our stay, they simply sent the same response and did nothing. After complaining to Booking.com, they said they failed to reach an agreement with StayCay. If you booked here for the view, cancel it before you are charged
