    Very bad reception from the host

    The property was ok

    I was not impressed with the host at some point I thought I booked Accomodation of scammers.I am even surprised that the host is saying there is a broken door of which I am not aware of.The host made the stay not worth bookings his apartment

    I loved the location. It was safe and secure with security on site. The front desk and security are top notch and very helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing. The architecture inside and outside of the building is great.

    I didn't like the check in process. I had to wait for the owner to pay for a key card for me to get into the room. The AC unit also went out and got really warm in the day time in Joburg. The other thing I didn't like was the neighbors like to smoke off the balconies and the smoke seeps through the walls and through the balcony door. I reported it to the security but it was a continuous issue.
