地理位置非常好，靠近池袋駅地鉄站，有許多餐廳可供選擇，遠離鬧區很安靜。房東總是很快回答我的問題，而且非常友善。房間很乾淨，床很大很舒服，我真的很喜歡。

Distance to train station was further than expected. The unit was small, it would’ve been better if I had chosen to stay
The property is clean which is good but that about the only good thing I can say for this property.
It is quite a walk to the Ikebukuro station especially when you have to walk with luggages. The building itself also do not have elevator so I had to carry 4-5 pieces of luggages up 3 flight of stairs plus a baby stroller. That was quite unpleasant. The neighborhood seems a bit shady compared to most of Tokyo. Lots of cheap hotels and questionable characters roaming around the neighbourhood.
