Basic and affordable place, could have been SO much better with very little effort

AC, spacious, twin beds, it has a kitchen

Fourth floor walk up. Stove has no markings so very difficult to use. Worse, when I turned the power on every burner was on! Frying pan looks like it’s seen combat. Only 3 bowls. No paper towels or kitchen towel provided. Door of the refrigerator is on backwards making it very awkward. Ceiling in the bedroom has a section that is quite low, low enough that my husband hit his head several times.
