    Unbelievably noisy, hard beds but spacious with helpful staff

    Spacious and helpful communication from owner who offered us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Lots of care has gone into the property with English translations for everything.

    Exceptionally noisy with sirens and our speakers from the police right outside several times every night right through to 3am. It’s not in the best neighbourhood. There was a semi conscious person sleeping at the entrance when we arrived, drunks around during the day and once when we returned there were police interviewing people on the doorstep. The sirens and loudspeakers are to move loiterers on from the building apparently. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The towels are old, thin and worn.

    When we just walk in the room, we saw a running cockroach in living room and another dead one in bedroom. It’s noisy when many fire engines and ambulances passed by.

    The location is good.

    Great location. near station to be able to walk with luggages. The apartment is small (as everything in Tokyo) but comfortable because it has 3 bedrooms (sleep 6 easily). Beds very comfortable. It has elevator. Kitchen with everything needed. Host has been amazing! Helped me with everything and replied very quickly. I would definitely go back there without hesitating.

    Good location, but faulty electrical issues. Don’t recommend staying here.

    The heating and lights didn’t turn on in 2 rooms. When I contacted the hosts they asked me try different remotes for the heating. Nothing they recommend worked.
