    Guter Ausganfspunkt um Koblenz als Fa milie zu entdecken

    Die Lage ist sehr zentral, d.h. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und die Heizungen wärmen die Räume schnell auf. Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Wenn die Rollläden unten und die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man die Lautsprcherdurchsagen des Bdhnhofs kaum noch. Alle Räume ließen sich gut verdunkeln, sodass man gut schlafen konnte.

    Die Spülmaschine war bei Anreise defekt und wurde nicht repariert, Das heißt eine Woche abspülen von Hand nach jeder Mahlzeit, da das Geschirr u Bedteck für 5 Personen recht knapp bemessen waren.

    Die Mitarbeiter haben sich bemüht, eine halbwegs zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden.

    Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir mussten mehrfach das Zimmer wechseln aus unterschiedlichen Gründen: Kein Strom, Zimmer noch dreckig, das Wasser stinkt, Betten ungemacht, etc. Es war ersichtlich, das viele weitere Gäste genau dasselbe Problem haben.

    Comfortable and clean with very responsive hosts.

    Very easy access from the train station and a pleasant walk to the old part of town. The property was easy to get into, was clean had most things needed for a short stay.

    There was a washing machine but no powder or liquid. We did have some with us but don’t usually travel with extras! We were meant to be left a second set of keys. Fortunately it was not a problem over our short stay.
