  Ich kam in die Wohnung erst gar nicht rein, da ich kein Code hatte, um die Tür zu öffnen. Auf meine mehrmaligem Anrufe auf die angegebene Telefonnummer keine Antwort. Dann bin ich nach Tel Aviv weiter gefahren. Das Geld wird mir zurück überwiesen, die einzige gute Sache.

  אכזבה קשה - לא נחזור לשם במיוחד בגלל היחס

  החדר ממוקם במקום אסטרטגי בעיר, החדר היה נקי והמצעים נקיים, מיטות נוחות לצרכי שני שותפים שבאו לעניניי עסקים

  החדר ממוקם בבניין ישן ומוזנח, קומת הכניסה מלוכלכת, המעלית עם מראה שבורה, רצפה ודפנות בלויים ומלוכלכת, רצפת קומה 4 שם החדר ממוקם מרופדת שטיחים ישנים וקרועים וריח רע מעורב בריח קנאביס קיבל את פנינו. החדר קטן בו דחסו מיטה וחצי ומיטת קומותיהם בצפיפות, מבנה ישן ששופץ כנראה מספר פעמים אך לא בהיקף מספיק, דלת הכניסה לחדר בקושי נסגרה ובקושי ננעלה, בבוקר העזיבה ניסינו לסגור את הדלת אך ללא הועיל, יותר מאוחר המארחת יצרה קשר בטענה ששברנו את הדלת וחייבה את הפקדון ב״ביט״ שמסרנו עם הכניסה (דבר שהפתיע אותנו שכן לה הייתה כזו דרישה מראש), טענותינו שהמצב היה תקול מלכתחילה נפלו על אוזניים לא קשובות ואף הטיחה בנו שאנו אנשים לא הגונים. בדיעבד היינו צריכים לוותר ולמצוא מקום אחר, בטח לא להסכים לפיקדון שלא תואם מראש ובטח היינו אמורים לתעד את מצב החדר בנוכחותה.

  Everything was great :)

  The property host Izabel is amazing! There was timely communication via Whatsapp, and she was very kind to open parking gate multiple times (but exit from parking is automated - no need to call). Despite the building is "a little bit aged" from parking spot to the door, the apartment was great! Sunny, clean and spacious! It is also a great location - you can easily walk to the mall & beach in 15min. One of the best ratio for "experience/price"!

  In general everything was good, just points to improve (if it is possible): - Water pressure in the shower was great, but for unknown reason it was "warm" even when hot on max. Some instructions how to turn on boiler would be great, to not bother the host at 11pm with this - I'd like "deposit" to be held by Booking, to not spending time sending via Bit/checking return. To minimise the number of actions.
