    We were scammed!

    They had also rented the property to other people for the same dates. It is not reliable at all. We were unable to meet anyone face-to-face. The elevator is extremely old and outdated.

    We were scammed! I paid for 12TH FLOOR NAPOLI by credit card weeks in advance. We set off from Germany with my family, only to be left standing at the door of the apartment. Other people were already staying inside. I tried to contact the property, and after a long wait—while exhausted, with my children and heavy luggage—they finally responded and said they had rented the apartment to someone else through Airbnb. I asked to meet an authorized person face-to-face, but they refused. The owner said their assistant would contact us, but again, after a long wait, the person who called told us they had given the apartment to someone else and could refund our money at a later date. Our vacation turned into a nightmare. I was left outside with my children and luggage. After a long argument, they directed us to another place called Resilienza Resort. I asked them to arrange a transfer by car and refund the price difference since the new place was cheaper and did not have a sea view, but they refused. Exhausted and drained, I had to drag my children and luggage to the other accommodation. All our time was wasted during this process, and it completely ruined our morale. We even had to leave at 5 a.m. the next morning to catch our flight.
