  Great dog friendly accommodation that was clean and comfortable.

  Great location, clean and right near shops.

  No enclosed yard for the dog, however there is a great leash free dog park close by that allowed my dog freedom to run.

  Great stay 😀

  Wonderfully helpfull staff. Excellent array of kitchen utensils. Nice big unit. Good location

  Watch out for them charging you extra or trying to charge you twice

  Nice modern space. Good to have a TV in the bedroom and appreciated the thought of providing a sheet on the sofa. Located close enough to everything in a property that felt safe.

  Unfortunately staff communication and training has a long way to go. - We weren’t advised at any time of the process of getting access to the room, so we thought this would be made clear at the property on arrival, instead we received a call at 4.45pm to be advised that their office at a different location closes in 15mins, thankfully we weren’t far away and made it in time, but communicating this prior would definitely have gone a long way. - On arrival at the different location to the property, we were asked to pay in full. We had already paid in full through booking.com They said they had just moved to a different system and could t see the payment, and insisted on taking our credit card details (again as we’d already had to provide these online), while they thankfully didn’t charge us the full fee again, they proceeded to charge us an extra $20 - why? We’d already paid in full? - We were given an allocated car park when we arrived (having a safe off road parking space was really important to us when choosing where to stay). Then after returning to collect takeaway, a guest in the neighbouring room had taken our car park and was really rude about it refusing to move. - the same guest in the neighbouring room left their dog home alone while they went out and the poor thing barked non-stop. Sure we could have probably reported it and they would have received a fine but when you are staying 1 night we didn’t want any more drama with that guy.
