    Great location for a 2 night stay

    Excellent location, comfortable bed and parking on site

    Would be amazing to have a bigger rack to dry clothes after using the washing machine 😀

    very bad!

    I've been coming to Phillip Island every year for the whale-watching season (which runs from May to September, peaking in June and July), and I've always had wonderful experiences with accommodations here — until this stay. This landlord is absolutely despicable. They went out of their way to nitpick and fabricate issues, all in a blatant attempt to extort an extra $130 from me for no legitimate reason. It's a classic scam: find any excuse, no matter how trivial or invented, to squeeze more money out of guests. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. These people are dishonest and have zero integrity. They will ruin your trip and leave you with a sour taste. I strongly urge Booking.com to review this listing and consider removing them from the platform. Hosts like this give the entire island a bad name and destroy trust in the booking system. Save yourself the headache — book elsewhere!
