ご丁寧に動画でチェックイン方法を送ってくださり、とても分かりやすく、スムーズにチェックインできました。 The host sent us a video of how to check in which made it easier to understand when we arrived at the property. Very clean and spacious.

It was a perfect stay for 4 people.
A great place! Very comfortable. Has everything needed. Very comfortable communication with the owner - perfect English, clear instructions, quick responding, very helpful and nice!
The apt is on the first floor w/o elevator, so If you have very large and heavy bags it may be difficult to get them there.

The owner was quick to respond to any texts we sent. There was enough space, a nice rooms, and a good location. Nearby restaurants and shops, even a 24/7 convenience shop around the corner. The apartment was clean and the washing machine was a huge boon. I can recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Ulaanbaatar.
The way up to the apartment smells a bit funny.
