  Great location and quiet apartment, but poor amenities, limited storage and poor customer service.

  - Excellent location: the metro entrance is literally around 100 steps from the apartment. - Plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. - Surprisingly quiet inside, despite being next to a busy main road and a large intersection.

  - The ceiling above the stairs is dangerously low, and I hit my head several times. - The toilet is extremely tiny, with barely enough room to move comfortably. It is also on the second floor, while the shower is on the first. - The apartment is very dark, with only one window receiving meaningful natural light. The neighbouring buildings are so close that I could literally reach out and touch a neighbour’s window, leaving very little privacy. - The only wardrobe is occupied by cleaning supplies, mops and a ladder, leaving virtually no space for guests’ belongings. - There is no proper place to hang clothes that cannot be tumble-dried. - The sofa comfortably accommodates only two people. - There are no knives at all in the kitchen, not even ordinary table knives. - The bath towels are extremely small. - No dishwasher detergent is provided, despite a dishwasher being available. - I contacted the host on three separate occasions regarding different issues, and none of them was properly resolved. The third issue, concerning rubbish disposal, escalated into a particularly frustrating exchange. I repeatedly asked for clear instructions but received confusing responses, was left waiting for over 10 hours after being asked to give them a moment, and was made to feel as though I was at fault. I was also confused by the communication itself: throughout the conversation, I believed I was speaking directly with the host, only for someone else to suddenly message me claiming to be the host and explaining that the staff member I had been dealing with was new and inadequately trained. This only added to the confusion and highlighted serious shortcomings in communication and customer service.

  交通算方便，要町 5 號 出口2 分鐘，周邊非常安靜， 離超市走路 3-5 分鐘，還有公園步道能走走。

  不錯啊

  整體來說，性價比蠻高的

  客廳活動空間與梯間比看照片預期的小，浴室跟廁所都只有一間，超過2人以上其實會有點困擾。另外訂房時看設備有烘衣，但其實機器只能提供略微風乾20%左右，而且烘衣功能不能單獨使用，似乎是要洗衣前就要設定好，最後放棄，好險夏天去日本，曬衣服倒是可以很快乾。還有中間有問過廚餘處理問題，但並未作任何回覆，怕它發臭，只好統一收納在個袋子，再將它冰在冰箱裡。這邊建議，對住房時間較長的旅客，難免會有廚餘問題，先告知清楚會比較好。因為我們是想好好配合這邊，但並未收到回覆，希望沒做錯。
