  POOR. Would not stay again, and would not recommend.

  Apartment was clean

  Check in experience was POOR. Only after booking, did i receive details via email telling me i had to pay a security deposit (which could only be made on the day of check in) before i would be told how to check in. Once i had done so, i was sent some pictures and a video via whatsapp showing me how to get the keys and where to go - not via Booking.com. No-one met me to greet me or welcome me. Once in the apartment, there was no welcome guide/documentation. There was no guidance on how to locate the pool (harder to find than expected), and when getting to the pool we discovered that the key to get in to the pool complex was on a different set of keys located in the apartment - but there had been nothing to tell us this - only thanks to friendly others did we find this out. No simple amenities left (ie. washing up liquid, cloth). Sofa bed was a rock solid & very uncomfortable. On check-out, they claimed we had caused damage (even though we didn't cause this damage - it must have been previous people staying there) & kept our security deposit. Would not stay again, and would not recommend others book.

  Très bon séjour.

  Très bien situé, à proximité de toutes les activités. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé avec climatisation, réfrigérateur et de nombreux autres équipements. Très belle vue, accompagnée d’une grande terrasse agréable.

  Certains appartements n’ont pas accès au parking et, à certaines heures, les places pour se garer à côté des appartements se font rares.

  We stayed here for a week. The check-in process was simple, easy to deal with, and we had no issues at all, so we were very happy with that. In general, I liked the area and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues should definitely be noted and improved.

  First of all, I was very surprised that there was no actual duvet provided, only a cover and a soft blanket. I understand that Tenerife is warm, but regardless of the temperature, I would still expect a proper duvet for sleeping comfort. Another thing was that simple essentials such as dish soap, salt, or coffee would have been appreciated, at least for the first night. I have stayed in many apartments before, and these small touches are always a nice welcoming gesture for guests. The main issue, however, was the drainage problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. The water drained very slowly, especially in the shower, which made the bathroom difficult and inconvenient to use as water would quickly build up and go everywhere.

  Enjoying the sights and sunbathing at the poolside

  I especially liked how we were so close to everything. The mall, convenience stores/supermarkets like Dino and even the mall which was a quick 15-20 minute walk, especially Siam Park which was a wonderful experience (get the FAST PASS) The pool is clean and the depth is nice and relatively safe. It is a gated community so it’s incredibly safe too.

  There's nothing really notable to say, the site itself is amazing and is not inconvenient to get there as Busses land directly in front of the property.
