  Visitare Matera con un così bel punto di appoggio é stato fantastico.

  L’appartamento è molto grande ed accogliente, arredato benissimo, pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è perfetta, praticamente nel centro storico, ma tranquilla. Sergio è stato molto gentile e accogliente e ci ha fornito molte preziose indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti della zona. Un posto in cui ritornare.

  Всичко е както трябва и приятно. Има атмосфера, което вече почти не се среща.

  Използвам това поле, за да обърна внимание на следващите гости, когато планират посещение. Настаняването не е със скрит ключ или код, а домакина ви чака. Когато пристигнете си направете резервация в ресторант за вечеря, защото наличните не могат да поемат всички.

  Amazingly beautiful place designed with an unique style . It is very spacious and The location is perfect. The host is very polite, he told us a lot of important information about the town and even drove us to the station. I would Definitely go back again.

  Poorly maintained accommodation and unacceptable communication from the host.

  The location was convenient and the apartment is spacious.

  Unfortunately, several parts of the apartment were not properly maintained. The shower head was broken and leaking, some lights were not functioning, and the air conditioning was not working. The room and beds also did not feel sufficiently clean, and I had concerns about whether the bed linen had been properly changed before our arrival. What was even more disappointing was the host’s behaviour after checkout. We were accused of leaving the apartment in an unacceptable condition simply because some bags and papers were left on the table, used towels were left on the counter, and pillows had been moved during normal use of the apartment. There were pillows and white blankets stored in the wardrobe without any protective covering. We were never told at check-in, or anywhere in the booking information, that these items were not meant to be used. Nevertheless, after checkout the host criticised and insulted us for having used them. The host then sent an insulting message to us. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves, refold used towels, return everything to its exact original position, or avoid using certain items provided in the accommodation, those rules should be clearly stated before booking. The combination of maintenance problems, cleanliness concerns and the host’s insulting communication made this a very unpleasant experience.
