    Stay got cancelled by host

    They cancelled on us last second very unprofessional

    We didn’t stay because they canceled which really disappointed me because we didn’t get any sort of compensation for our troubles and we had to figure out another plan at the last minute

    Disappointed in the end.

    Location, cleanliness.

    Poor communications and attention to my requests even after verifying and approving the requests. My first communication was not even answered for 15 days. When the host then gave me the contact number of the unit caretaker I thought contact would be easier. It was not. But now I know that the host did not even communicate my check out time request with the caretaker. This lead to my personal belonging being put in storage since I was on a trip when they needed to vacate the apartment for the next guest. I had to pay for an extra cab and room at a hostel for the night upon my return. The kitchen did not have, as all other bookings to my experience have had, some basic necessities. Missing was a mop, a frying pan, kitchen rags and cleaning solutions. People book with kitchens because they want to and like to cook. Maintaining a clean kitchen on a daily basis is essential, spills happen.
