    Comfortable and brilliant location

Location was perfect, parking is good, everything we needed was available. Comfortable and quite which was a bonus being that the kids are off

Sofas could do with a upgrade as they seem to be hard to get off of again as u sink a bit much. Otherwise the place was lovely and this didn't spoil our holiday at all.

A deep clean some minor repairs and a new sofa!

    The bed was comfortable

Needs a deep clean throughout.. Toilet loose as it was last year and no t.roll holder Sofas are very uncomfortable and outside seating needs cleaning. It's a shame we would have booked again as this our second stay. We were lucky as visiting friends but would have been very unhappy if had to stay in there all day due to awful weather!

    Location, space, cleanliness and facilities.

Hot water was too hot! Double mattress in 2nd bedroom was squeaky and uncomfortable. Could have done with a toilet roll holder lol.
