Great stay! The property was clean and exactly what we needed! Super close to fun shops, eating and activities in North Vancouver. Close drive and great transit options to downtown Vancouver! Definitely recommend!

Nice basement unit apartment. Some mold on the bottom of shower curtains and corner of bathtub, and no towel rack available but coat hanger on back of bathroom door used instead. No bad smells or noticable dirt otherwise. Stairs to entryway somewhat steep but there are rubber grip mats and handrail nearby. Used the clothes washer and dryer once, good results. Appreciated the plate of treats and coffee mix.

It was very close to the downtown area and many of the tourist attractions. The landlord was friendly and accommodating. He even gave us a small parting gift which was very nice of him. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come to Vancouver in the future.
