    The staff.

Stop hyping up the paranormal. Very disappointed in this part considering the Crescent Hotel is supposed to be the most haunted in America.

This is a gorgeous place with people who make you feel welcome, and you leave wanting to come back.

Loved, loved, loved our stay, the staff, amenities (great bed), and ghost tour! We learned there was a transportation trolley that will take you downtown and bring you back. This saves you trying to find parking in town. What a great idea. The trolley was full. The ghost tour was terrific. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and entertaining. I wished I could have attended the midnight tour.

We both said we were sorry we didn’t stay longer! This is definitely a destination place where you need a couple of days at least. I would try the spa, visit the town and do the midnight tour.

Overall, we love this place and usually don't have a bad stay.

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was what we wanted. We spent one night in room 318 which is right under the pizza restaurant, and it was noisy as can be. Went to the front desk where Olivia was able work something out to where we could move the other two nights of our stay. She is so nice and accommodating. Riker was also helpful when it came to helping us with our bags and the issue we had with the TV. Thank you very much to all the wonderful staff.

The food in the Crystal Ball dining room has gone way downhill. We did the buffet, and the yogurt and breakfast potatoes were the only things worth eating. Bacon was very old and fatty tasting. The sausage was spicy which some people may like but we did not. The waffles had good flavor but were cold. Not sure what they have done but I don't think I will eat there again. Lastly, I love that this place is dog friendly, however if someone has dogs that like to bark they should not be brining them. There were two yappy dogs across the hall from us that would not stop barking. They quit shortly after quiet thankfully.

The hotel is gorgeous! There are so many things to do! We loved the ghost tour guide (can't remember his name but he was the conductor) Amanda in the crystal springs dining room was quick to make sure everything was perfect. Nick was the kindest shuttle man (nick for president!) Gavin made the BEST amaretto sour. Andrew was helpful with the smores even though it was after closing. Amy at the spa gave a great massage! And of course Jasper and ozzy have to have a mention! All staff were super friendly and helpful. It was such a positive experience for my whole group.

Ubers do not come all the way up so plan accordingly. We rented a car so it wasn't an issue

The hotel is gorgeous! There are so many things to do! We loved the ghost tour guide (can't remember his name but he was the conductor) Amanda in the crystal springs dining room was quick to make sure everything was perfect, we ended up asking for her every morning. Nick was the kindest shuttle man (nick for president!) Gavin made the BEST amaretto sour. Andrew was helpful with the smores even though it was after closing. Amy, at the spa, gave a great massage! And of course Jasper and ozzy have to have a mention! All staff were super friendly and helpful. It was such a positive experience for my whole group.

Ubers will not come up to the hotel so plan that in your trip. Luckily we rented a car so it wasn't an issue
